Over the years, we've seen firsthand what can happen when landowners advertise sites publicly through free online groups. Many of our hosts come to us after trying this themselves, and their feedback continually reinforces why we operate the way we do.

Your membership also funds the intensive work we do behind the scenes in bringing new land owners to our platform.

By the time you see a listing on our website, we've already invested significant time, resources and education into supporting that host through the process- which can often take six months or more.

Our focus on educating hosts before they commit reduces your risk, by connecting you only with those who truly understand the Tiny House movement, and are just as committed as you are to being part of a successful long term tenancy.
