Your membership gives you access to a whole host of exclusive resources that we don’t make available elsewhere- articles covering things like legislation, logistics, leases, where to even start, and we can even help you decide whether Tiny living is actually for you!

On our “Future Tiny Houser” monthly membership, you can access all the above, plus view all current listings. Hundreds of you have told us this option was what gave you the confidence to actually move forward with your Tiny House plans.

All that being said- the REAL value of membership is in what happens behind the scenes.

Once you submit your member application form, we use your preferences for active outreach in your chosen area. That means even if there’s nothing available right now, we are proactively sourcing opportunities in your desired host region, based on what you’ve told us you’re looking for!

So if your concern is that there aren’t currently listings in your preferred area, that’s actually where membership becomes most valuable- because availability can change quickly in a matter of weeks.

It’s important to note that this active outreach and our industry-leading Lease template is only included with our six month “Apply for Listings” or higher membership level.

Or, if you’re someone who doesn’t like to chance things, you might prefer our Platinum membership option. Our Platinums have first option on any new listings that come onboard that meet your search criteria, before they are even added to our website! This is especially valuable in our most sought-after areas where there may be a long waitlist.

You also have 1-on-1 outreach across all our channels, where we put you out there to our social media and email list (amongst other places), so land owners can connect with you and want to help you personally. We’ve found this to be a powerful way to maximise your chances of finding the perfect property.
