Considering hosting but not sure what the market rate for rent is, and whether it would be worth it for you?

Today we’re doing something different, by offering an interactive Q&A session!!

There’s been a lot of movement in the Tiny House market over the past 6-12 months, and land rental pricing has shifted alongside this.

Today you can find out exactly how much YOU can earn by hosting a Tiny House tenant in YOUR specific area!

It's simple. Just COMMENT BELOW your town/suburb and state (some towns exist in every state!) and we’ll give you an appraisal of the current market value of your parking spot!

(if you'd rather do this privately, shoot us an email to hello@parkmytinyhouse.com.au and we can chat).

Erina Heights, NSW. I have a 2 acre block with a house and business at the top. The property is very central and about 15 mins to the beach, so not your usual rural property as its in the thick of civilisation. There's a side lane and I am contemplating putting in a path across to the far paddock which is surrounded by large trees and nice and private.

Hi Sonia, the Central Coast is highly sought after, so rental estimate could be between $200-220+ per week right now, potentially more. We would need to see full property details for a more accurate assessment. Youre welcome to email us hello@parkmytinyhouse.comauWe have a waitlist we could connect you with right away!
