Did you know you don’t actually need a Tiny House on wheels to work with us?


We’ve had a growing number of people reach out lately who are living in buses, caravans, or motorhomes already and are planning to buy a Tiny House on wheels down the track.


Here’s the good news: the majority of our hosts will still accept you as a tenant if your “Tiny House” is on a trailer with a compliance plate, VIN number, and wheels. That’s right, if it rolls, we can probably help you park it!


A lot of people are doing this right now because they want to secure land first before committing to a build.


We get it- it’s scary to sign a build contract without having the land secured first!


So here’s what’s happening: tenants are moving onto properties in their existing home-on-wheels setups, building a relationship with the landowner, and getting to know the location and site quirks. Then, once they’re confident it’s the right spot, they upgrade to a Tiny House on Wheels.


It’s a smart way to move forward with confidence and without the perceived risk of ending up with a house you can’t park anywhere.


Not only this- but designing your Tiny House with the site in mind means you can maximise views, privacy and site suitability!
