Looking for land in Mornington, Victoria

This week, we want you to meet David, a genuinely lovely gent who’s looking for a peaceful place to relocate his Tiny House on Wheels ASAP.

David isn't new to Tiny House and off-grid living, and has been in his Tiny House on the Sunshine Coast in QLD for over a year. After recent cancer treatment, he is now needing to relocate to the Mornington Peninsula to be closer to ongoing family support, and recover and recharge somewhere calm.

I've had the pleasure of meeting David at the Brisbane Tiny Homes Expo last year (I was actually sitting on the couch while he was deciding to buy the house I was in!!) and he's legitimately the PERFECT TENANT- he's 54, no kids or pets, very neat and house-proud. He's also very clean-living, and loves to cook and bake!

And let's not overlook how STUNNING his home is- not only was it just featured on Living Big in a Tiny House, his design just won Best Luxury Build!!

David needs:

* Location- ideally Pearcedale, Moorooduc, Tuerong, Keysborough

* Immediate lease start

* Budget- $250-$300 per week for the perfect spot

* Happy to help out with work around the property if you'd prefer this over rent

* He's fully off-grid and self-sufficient

* Home is 10m long x 3m wide
