"Do you have tenants looking for sites in my area?"

Property owners often ask us whether there’s demand for sites in their specific area- which is a REALLY hard question to answer for two main reasons.


1. Many of our members are location independent. It’s becoming more and more common that members apply for listings that come up in areas they haven’t previously indicated interest, because something about it appealed to them. We’re often surprised when listings in more regional areas we didn’t think would lease easily, actually do! This is why we generally tell prospective hosts that we have a “build it and they will come” approach.


2. We have literally HUNDREDS of members who haven’t yet told us where they’re looking. Our monthly membership plan is for the forward thinkers, and those wanting to “see what comes up” before upgrading their membership, submitting their search info and applying for any listings. If your listing isn’t on our website, you’ll miss out on ALL these tenants.


All that being said- we’ve just scoured our ENTIRE tenant database (250ish members right now), and here are the locations we know FOR SURE we have members looking for sites right now. It’s a long one, make yourself comfortable..!

QLD

  • Sunshine Coast (powered)- all areas, but particularly Maleny, Palmwoods, Woombye, Buderim, Forest Glen, Diddillibah

  • Glass House Mountains

  • Gold Coast and Gold Coast Hinterland- literally anywhere within 30 minutes of either, including Canungra and Tamborine.

  • Hervey Bay- within 20 minutes.

  • Brisbane North- from northern suburbs through to Caboolture, Wamuran and Elimbah.

  • Ipswich

  • FNQ- Cairns and Port Douglas.

  • Toowoomba- within 20 mins of city, and also the triangle between Coominya, Plainland and Pine Mountain.



NSW

  • Northern Rivers (always in hot demand)- particularly around Byron, Mullumbimby, Murwillumbah

  • Tweed Coast- anywhere from Tweed Heads down to Byron.

  • Port Macquarie

  • Central Coast (anywhere)

  • Newcastle and surrounds (within 30-45mins)

  • Sydney- within an hour from CBD, plus Hawkesbury area

  • Wollongong (huge ongoing demand)

  • Wollondilly- including Picton

  • Southern Highlands- including Bowral, Moss Vale

  • Canberra- within 30-45 mins north or east


VIC

  • Albury/Wodonga- within 20-30mins

  • Gippsland- close to beaches

  • Yarra Valley

  • Yarra Ranges

  • Dandenong Ranges

  • Eastern suburbs- within commute from Melbourne, including Pakenham and surrounds

  • Mornington Peninsula- everywhere, but constant demand for areas around Somerville, Tyabb, Moorooduc, Hastings, Balnarring, particularly powered sites

  • Melbourne north- up to an hour north of the city, around areas like Sunbury and Craigieburn

  • Geelong region- Lara, Little River, Ceres, Moorabool, Gheringhap.

  • Bellarine Peninsula- everywhere

  • Surf Coast- within 20-30mins of Torquay

  • Hepburn- Daylesford, Castlemaine, Kyneton

  • Macedon area- including Woodend, Gisborne and surrounds (powered sites)

  • Ballarat area (powered sites)


TAS

  • Hobart- within 30mins (powered sites)


SA

  • Adelaide- within 30-45 minutes, particularly Adelaide Hills and Mount Barker.

  • Fleurieu Peninsula- vicinity of Victor Harbour


WA

  • Perth- within 30-60 minutes in all directions, including north to Pinjar, east around Gidgegannup, and south to Rockingham.

  • South West- Margaret River, Yallingup, Busselton to Bunbury


This list is NOT exhaustive- but covers around 90% of what our current members are looking for.
