Our tenants are so wonderful, we couldn't pick our favourite this week!

Tiny House residents are an ENTIRELY different breed.
We choose this lifestyle very intentionally for a variety of reasons, usually around lifestyle and living simply, closer to nature.
ParkMyTinyHouse hosts really do have their pick of the BEST tenants- and this week's featured tenants are no exception. Both these lovely ladies are expecting delivery of their brand new Tiny Homes in the next few weeks- and they need YOU!
⭐ Meet Claire- Geelong/Surf Coast region, Victoria.
Originally from Scotland and now a proud Australian citizen, Claire is a 41-year-old counsellor who works mainly with new and expectant parents. She runs her own private practice from home and is completing her master’s degree. Her son is a gentle, creative child who loves art, music and nature and will be starting at a local school in early 2026.
Her new Tiny Home is fully off grid, so she will be self-sufficient and just needs a flat and level parking spot. Her home is on the larger side at 10m long x 3m wide, so you would need double farm gates or similar width for access right from the street to her parking spot.
Ideally, Claire is looking for:
a really quiet, private site within a 20–25 min drive of her son's school in Ceres 3221. She would love to connect with property owners in the Barrabool, Freshwater Creek, Fyansford areas. Would also consider Torquay if the fit is right.
She would love a veggie garden, and somewhere green and community-oriented, even a co-living or communal type setup.
Her home is due for delivery shortly and can sign a lease right away at up to $200 per week for the right site.
I've had the pleasure of a number of conversations with Claire now myself, including meeting in person at the recent Geelong expo- and I can tell you she's an absolutely lovely lady, and a wonderful caring mum. Claire is thoughtful and respectful and I have zero concerns about recommending her and her son as delightful tenants.

⭐ Meet Karen J- Glasshouse Mountains and South East QLD.
Karen is a retired professional with the most extensive house-sitting experience we've ever seen! She has a passion for organic and holistic living, quiet surroundings and community connection. She spends her time gardening, writing and getting creative. Karen is physically active and volunteers at her local community garden- wouldn't you love her help at your place?
Ideally Karen would love:
a site where power and water are available
preferred locations are from Brisbane through to the Glasshouse Mountains, as far north as Landsborough. She loves the areas of Mt Cotton, Sheldon, Gumdale, Wakerley, Tingalpa, Beerburrum, Beerwah.
ready to sign a lease right away
looking for longer term security and an initial lease of at least 18 months
Budget: Up to $250 per week, however she is also open to a "work in lieu of rent" arrangement, in exchange for gardening, pet care or other caretaking duties.

Do you have a site that could be ideal for either Claire or Karen?
Apply to connect with them (or the other dozen tenants on our waitlist in both these locations) and start earning over $10,000 per year right HERE.
You have the power to help provide housing security for a respectful, fully screened person or family. How amazing will that feel?
