A few months back, we did a call-out both on our social media and website for one of our members David, who needed a powered site on the Bellarine Peninsula for him and his kids.
Well, one of our Superhosts Kate (who already hosts another of our tenants on another property) offered up a site on a second property, which David fell in love with at first sight.
AND THEY JUST MOVED IN!!
It’s so wonderful to see the whole process- from the initial notification on my phone when a new member joins, through the host search process, matching them with a listing, then seeing them move onsite.
THIS is why we do this!!
It blows my mind that after 3.5 years in business, our hosts are SO happy with their Tiny House tenants that they not only keep renewing their leases year after year, but many end up offering a second or even third site.
It really is testament to what a simple win/win hosting with us can be, how successful our screening process is, and how RAD our tenants are!!
We still have a number of would-be Tiny House residents on our waitlist for sites on the Bellarine (amongst other places!).
